I am truly crushed and heartbroken for the recent loss of one of my favorite patients. 5 months since her diagnosis of lymphoma. So unfair. My heart also breaks for her dad, who is one of the nicest men I have met in my career as a cancer specialist. He loved sweet Maya so much. Maya had so many people rooting for her and caring for her. Thank you to the amazing team at The Veterinary Cancer Center for loving her the way you did! Maya felt the love.
